Course prices

Courses on https://adrianadobre.com are offered by Hairstyle Education SRL for a one-time payment or through subscription payments. You can see how much a course costs on the course home page.

For the courses available through subscription payments, you pay a fee every month which gives you access to all courses you’ve subscribed to.

Any Digital Products which are purchased on a subscription basis will be subject to the following:

  • “Monthly” subscriptions will be charged each month on the same day as the day of the month when subscription was first activated.
  • “Annual” subscriptions will be charged each year on the same day and month as the day and month as when subscription was first activated.

If the charge is scheduled for a day that does not exist in the month being charged (for example the 31st June), then the charge will instead occur on the last day of that month.

Privacy: we take your privacy very seriously. If you opt in to receive information about related Digital Products from Hairstyle Education SRL, we will occasionally email you about that. Other than that, we will only contact you in direct relation to the items you have purchased from us. We will never sell or rent your details. You can read our full privacy policy.

For face-to-face courses,  you are required to pre-enroll and pay a reservation fee before the course opens, in order to reserve your seat. The rest of the amount is to be paid when you arrive at the course, before it starts.

Pricing variations

You may notice some variation in course prices on https://adrianadobre.com/. This is normal, as we continually adjust our offerings based on new information about the value our courses provide to learners.

To make sure that variations in price don’t hurt your experience on https://adrianadobre.com/, we’re committed to Transparency. Prices are clearly displayed on our course payment pages. You’ll always pay exactly the amount you see when you enter your payment information.

Online course access

When you purchase access to our digital products you are purchasing a non-transferable, non-exclusive right to access the information. You may not publish or share the digital products or your login details with anyone else. As we provide digital products and services their return is not possible.

Check your course’s information page and your payment confirmation email for the expiration policy.

Face-to-face course access

Based on your pre-enrollment payment you are reserved with a seat to the course you have chosen. Access to the course is granted only after you pay the full course fee (the rest remaining) and only on the date you have chosen to be registered for.

2. Digital Product Delivery Policy

Digital Products bought from Hairstyle Education SRL are delivered via https://adrianadobre.com/.  We consider digitally delivered goods to be information or content that you can download from our website, access via web browser, or receive by email. Users who purchase our online course will receive an email verifying a successful purchase.

Users can login to their purchased course using the user name and password they created during the purchase process.

“Delivery” means the access to our online program through internet web browser. At present we have only one mode of delivery – internet browser. Currently there are no products that require downloading.

Online digital delivery of content is through internet browser only i.e. Safari, Chrome, Firefox, etc.

Hairstyle Education SRL provides no guarantee of availability of the web server or hosting of the Digital Products. Hairstyle Education SRL will make commercially reasonable efforts to provide availability.

3. Face-to-Face (F2F) Course Delivery Policy

A Face-to-Face (F2F) course is delivered in the traditional classroom setting. This means that scheduled normative hours take place in the physical classroom.

F2F classroom interaction takes the form of in-person, real-time interaction between the trainer and the students. A F2F classroom provides many opportunities to present material to students using engaging educational techniques and tools. Our techniques can create efficiencies by allowing students to collaborate, perform and complete learning activities and assessments in the physical classroom.

A typical F2F course  will be taught over the course of a few hours or days, please check the course profile page for specific details.

4. Payment receipts

When you pay for a course, you’ll get an email confirming your payment sent to the email address you used for your payment. This email includes all your payment details.

Receipts for payments on https://adrianadobre.com/ include your full name and the name of the Course or Subscription you paid for.

If you lose your payment confirmation or need another copy, you can request another email receipt sending an email to: contact@adrianadobre.com. Make sure you present us with the following details:

  • Your identification and contact details
  • The course or Specialization you want a receipt for
  • The Purchase Date

Check the email address you use for your Coursera account. You should get your receipt within 48 hours.

Upon request

  • We can customize receipts with business details (e.g., VAT number) or other information that is not included on our standard receipt.
  • Provide invoices in advance of payment. You can see the costs for a course or subscription on the course or home page.
  • Mail a hard copy of your receipt.

5. Request a refund for a course payment

If you paid for an individual course, you can request a refund within 2 weeks (14 days) of your payment but ONLY before the course starts. You can’t get a refund if 2 weeks have already passed or you’ve allready participated to the course.

If you have a subscription, your subscription payments are not refundable, but you can cancel the subscription any time, to end future payments. No full or partial refunds are accepted so you’ll need to cancel before your next payment date.

To request a refund or subscription cancellation please send your request to: contact@adrianadobre.com including your contact details and the course you want a refund for.

You’ll get a confirmation email when we get your refund request and you’ll be un-enrolled from the course.

It can take up to 7 days for funds to return to your account after a requested refund. If it has been longer than 7 days, contact us about the problem.

Should you consider your situation to be a special circumstance then please get in contact with us and we shall consider your invidual request.

6. Request a change for a face-to-face course

If you made a pre-enrollment with any of the face-to-face courses, you can request to change the course reservation or participation date at any time, no less than 2 weeks (14 days) prior to course start.

To request a change please send your request to: contact@adrianadobre.com including your contact details, the name and date for the course you are currently enrolled and same for the new course you whant to move to.
